Crafted by artisans at a Pennsylvania workshop from American black cherry, each spatula is finished with food-grade mineral oil and arrives ready to use.

The Everyday Spatula

Eggs release from cast iron without tearing. Pancakes turn in a single clean motion. The angled blade moves naturally beneath food, sliding under a grilled sandwich or pushing through a pan of vegetables with the same ease. At 12", the handle stays comfortably in hand and well away from the heat.

Black Cherry, From Tree to Kitchen

Each wooden spatula leaves the workshop with its own grain pattern, some pale and fine, others warm amber, the color deepening as mineral oil works into the wood with use. Black cherry holds a smooth finish without becoming slick against a pan surface, and only gets better the more it is used.
