Bolga baskets take their name from the Bolgatanga district in northern Ghana, where they've been woven for daily use for generations. The Mixed Weave Wonder Basket is handwoven from elephant grass. A dense base opens into a diamond lattice band across the middle, then closes again toward the rim. The surface color comes from the elephant grass, with no dye or added color.
