Finished in a chalky white patina over locally sourced terra cotta clay, this Terra Cotta Frog Vase has a worn, weathered quality with a naturally lived-in look. Hand-formed by artisans in Honduras, each piece carries subtle variations in finish that give it its own character. At 4.25" wide and 2" tall, it sits low and weighted on any surface.

Holds Fresh, Dried, and Faux Stems

Holes keep each stem exactly where you want it, with no foam or tape needed. The porous terra cotta works beautifully with dried botanicals and faux stems. For fresh flowers, place the vase on a tray before adding water. The clay walls are naturally porous and will weep moisture slowly over time, so a shallow dish underneath keeps the surface beneath it dry. Fill with water and thread stems through the holes.

The pale, matte finish brings out the color and texture of whatever is placed in it. Bold blooms become more saturated against it, and delicate dried grasses take on a finer presence.
