Build a strong base with banksia foliage.

These stems provide structure and a leafy backdrop that sets the silhouette for the arrangement. Fan them slightly outward to give dimension—think of the foliage as framing the sculptural banksia pods and millet.

Anchor with natural banksia blooms.

These are the focal point; position them off-center or in a triangular grouping to draw the eye. Keep them slightly staggered in height (not lined up evenly) to mimic how they'd appear in nature.
