Rope Twist Beeswax 10-inch Taper Candles

Jenifer Green founded Greentree Home Candle in the western Catskill Mountains of New York in 2001, starting with a simple conviction: that a candle should be made from one thing, made well. Two decades later, her studio in Treadwell, NY, still hand-pours every candle in small batches from 100% pure North American beeswax, each one individually finished by the same tight-knit team of local makers.

The 10" Rope Tapers are sold in pairs and burn for 12 to 14 hours. They fit a standard ⅞" taper cup.

Cast One at a Time

The rope twist runs the full length of each candle and is cast individually — giving the surface a sculptural quality that shifts in candlelight in a way a straight taper never does. Pure beeswax burns without the soot or synthetic scent of paraffin, with only the faint honey sweetness native to the wax itself.

Three Colors

Cream holds its own against white walls and pale marble. Natural draws out the warmth of aged wood and brass candlesticks. Dark Green deepens a dinner table or settles into a room that already carries earth tones. All three fit a standard candlestick and pair naturally with the candlestick holder (sold separately).
